We are a Physician Oversight + Training Program based in Dallas, TX.

The AMP Oncology Esthetics involves advanced education that is designed to provide estheticians + professionals with the knowledge of how to modify skincare/spa treatments to ensure a safe outcome for your skin if you are living with cancer. Most people look for comfort + relief from the unpleasant side effects associated with cancer treatments + therapies such as dryness, loss of elasticity + rashes, among other issues.

Oncology Esthetics complements medical oncology treatments + falls under the integrative approach. Each client has unique circumstances + may respond differently to cancer or cancer treatments. Professionals trained in Oncology Esthetics will seek to approach your esthetic treatments with a heightened level of sensitivity based on the conditions you may be dealing with.

After completing the course, you will receive your certification for Oncology Esthetics Treatment.

Curriculum

• Describe the basics of cancer as it relates to skincare
• Employ safe techniques to reduce skin-related side effects
• Determine proper products + ingredients to use on compromised skin
• Describe custom modifications for individual care for each client
• Select + customize safe treatments for those that have undergone cancer treatments
• Utilize course material to increase your client base
• Create positive visibility within your community
• Create a referral system with Doctors, Hospitals + Cancer Resource Centers
