Caldwell-Lake George Library is excited to continue our popular children's yoga storytime program, Once Upon a Time Yoga Adventures! Our "Yogi Explorers" ages 5-12 years old, will meet on 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/20 and 10/27 at 2:45 pm. Follow Jack and Annie on a 6-week Magic Tree House Yoga Adventure!
Our instructor will combine children's books and popular yoga poses to engage children physically and encourage mindfulness. Please call the library at (518) 668-2528 to register. Space is limited! Wear comfy clothes! Our instructor, Bridget Epiphanie is a certified Cosmic Kids Yoga instructor with extensive training in children's anatomy, postures and physical development.
