Caldwell-Lake George Library is excited to continue our popular children's yoga storytime program, Once Upon a Time Yoga Adventures! Our "Little Yogis" ages 3-4 years old will meet on the following dates at 2:00 pm:
9/15: Enjoy a hot air balloon adventure with a raccoon!
9/22: First day of Autumn:Good Bye Summer, Hello Autumn
Wear a fall leaf color!
9/29: Apple picking with mice!
10/6: Fire prevention week withPete the Cat!
10/20:Whose hands are these? Celebrate Community helpers!
10/27: Halloween with Froggy. Wear a Halloween shirt!
Our instructor will combine children's books and popular yoga poses to engage children physically and encourage mindfulness. Please call the library at (518) 668-2528 to register. Space is limited! Wear comfy clothes! Our instructor, Bridget Epiphanie is a certified Cosmic Kids Yoga instructor with extensive training in children's anatomy, postures and physical development.
