ON-CAMERA ACTING FOR TV & FILM
Strengthen your on-camera acting skills through scene work, self-tapes, and individualized coaching.
This 4-week intensive uses professional TV and film audition sides to help actors build confidence, sharpen their technique, and develop a practical process for on-camera work. Students receive new material each week, and every actor works on camera in every class.
Throughout the intensive, students will:
• Work on camera every week in a professional self-tape environment.
• Receive new TV and film sides each class.
• Learn a repeatable process for script analysis and character development.
• Strengthen self-tape technique, including framing, eyelines, and professional presentation.
• Develop stronger, more specific performance choices.
• Build confidence adapting to direction and feedback.
• Receive insight and feedback from a special industry guest in the final class.

Instructor: Steven Fisher
Steven Fisher is an actor, writer, and producer with professional credits spanning television, theatre, voice-over, and digital media. A graduate of USC and the British American Drama Academy (BADA), Steven also trained with the Upright Citizens Brigade and currently serves on the casting team at Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum.
