ON AIR : Respirer la reliance
Comment retrouver un souffle libre et conscient, au service d’une qualité de l’air à la fois personnelle et planétaire ?
Cet atelier·balade propose une 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗱𝘂 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 en milieu urbain : entre ciel et asphalte, respiration cellulaire et courants d’air – à la recherche d’une reliance interespèce et intergénérationnelle.
Par la respiration consciente, le mouvement, le jeu avec les rythmes du vent et la perception sensorielle de l’air, nous découvrirons 𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀, 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀.
En réponse aux pollutions atmosphériques, nous conspirerons légèreté, ouverture et 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘅 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝘀.

ON AIR: Breathing in Connection
How do we reclaim a breath that is free, conscious, and serving both personal and planetary well-being?
This walkshop offers an 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 — between sky and asphalt, cellular respiration and air currents — in search of interspecies and intergenerational connection.
Through conscious breathing, movement, playful engagement with wind rhythms, and sensory perception of the air, we will 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀.
In response to atmospheric pollution, we will conspire lightness, openness, and a 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀.
