This is a 100% Omakase Experience.
That Means the menu will be 90% curated the day of.
Chef Jake and I love doing these nights!
We get the best fish flown in from Japan that day and spare no expense on the finest ingredients. Think Fresh Pasta, and Fresh Fish!
Chef Skyler comes back from Italy two weeks before this event and you know he will be bringing back the finest balsamics, olive oils, cheeses, cured meats and more!
