Join Jungle Flower Wellness for a serene and grounding experience in the neighborhood–a free OM chanting meditation led by Jungle Flower, a trauma-informed sound bath and wellness facilitator.
Together, we'll chant OM 108 times, a meditative and spiritual practice that's open to everyone. This practice is designed to help clear the mind, calm the body, and connect with the natural vibrations of the universe.
