• What: O5BM Bromley Community Table Tennis – fun, social physical activity with health benefits
• When: Thursday 16 October 2025, 7:00–9:00pm (and every Thursday thereafter, 7:00–9:00pm)
• Where: Bromley United Reformed Church, 20 Widmore Road, Bromley, BR1 1RY
• Cost: Free to attend
• Provided: All tables, bats and balls; beginners welcome

Why this matters
Regular, low-impact activity such as table tennis can help reduce risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease, support healthy weight, improve coordination and reflexes, increase mental resilience, reduce isolation and boost employability. Sessions are welcoming, social, and suitable for varying fitness levels.

How to register / refer

• Residents can walk in or scan the QR code on the attached flyer to join the WhatsApp group for updates.
• We welcome referrals from Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches, Adult Social Care, Public Health, community navigators, VCS partners, and primary care link workers.

This programme is supported by the City Bridge Foundation. A JPEG flyer is attached for digital circulation and printed copies can be provided on request.
