As we move through the last few weeks of summer, join us for a gentle Sunday afternoon pause at St Margaret’s Hall in Old Catton.
Take an hour away from the noise and busyness of everyday life. Get comfortable, settle beneath your blanket and allow yourself to simply rest while the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments move through the space around you.
Sound baths are a lovely opportunity to slow down and switch off for a while. There is nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to get to and no experience needed. Simply arrive, get cosy and let the sounds do the rest.

What to bring
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, pillow or cushion and anything else that will help you feel cosy. Chairs are also available if you would prefer to sit.
Beginners are always very welcome, as are those coming along on their own.
