Shireen is joining glasshouse studio for a special two-part summer series. Experience her soulful soundbath sessions in the glasshouse - a beautiful way to begin or end your week. Expect gentle somatic movement 30 mins, followed by a 1 hour 15 minute soundbath. afterwards, stay awhile for refreshments, cacao, and relaxed chats.
