Organization Registration:
Cost: Early Bird Registration $85 / Late Registration $95 / Magazine entry only $100
Early Bird Deadline: July 27th, 2026
Registration Deadline: August 8th, 2026
Note: Refunds will not be issued after the Registration Deadline.
Registration Includes:
- An organizational profile listing in the 2026/2027 Get Involved Magazine, which includes a 500 character description and your organization’s logo (check out last year’s magazine). See more info and instructions below.
- A table with a tablecloth at the 29th Annual Okanagan Volunteer Fair on September 12th, 2026. Please complete all of your display requirements with your registration.

Set up times: Saturday, September 12, 7:45 am - 9:50 am
Take down times: Saturday, September 12, 2:00 - 4:00 pm (Please note that take-down times may be subject to change).
This year, all exhibitor tables will be located indoors at Orchard Park Shopping Centre. Tables and tablecloths will be provided. Additional details regarding booth locations, mall access, parking, and set-up procedures will be shared with registered organizations closer to the event date.

Magazine Organizational Profile Listing:
Your Event Registration includes a 500-character organization description and logo in our annual Get Involved Magazine, produced by the Kelowna Capital News. You can fill out your organization info through a Google Form that will be emailed to you in your order confirmation after you complete your registration.

Logo
The logo space is 2.3125″ wide x 0.75″ high. When sending your logo, the following are acceptable files:
- High-resolution PDF file (minimum 300dpi images at 100%, fonts embedded or converted to outlines) or;
- Vector Artwork file or .eps with all fonts converted to outlines (Illustrator CS3 or lower file) or;
- .jpeg or .tiff file at minimum 300dpi.
Remember a GIF file is NOT appropriate for print. Any files pulled off your website will NOT be accepted. DO NOT send us logos done in Publisher, CorelDraw, Word, Powerpoint or WordPerfect.
