Make the most of The Big Meeting at the Durham Miners Gala official campsite.In a beautiful and quiet setting just a short walk from the festivities, the site includes free shower and toilet facilities.
Camper vans and caravans, as well as tents, are welcome. Dogs on leads are also welcome.
The site features a communal area with a bar, catering and live entertainment exclusively for our guests only. Stewarding will be on site throughout the night to ensure a safe and secure stay.
The 138th Durham Miners' Gala takes place on Saturday 13 July 2024. Accommodation can be booked now for Friday 12 and/or Saturday 13 July 2024.

Book now for an early price of just £15 per person per night for adults, £7.50 for under 16s, and is free for under 5s. Prices will then rise to a full price of £20 per person per night for adults, £10 for under 16s, while remaining free for under 5s.

Free cancellation with a full refund (minus transaction fees) is available until Saturday 6 July – a week before the 2024 Big Meeting.
