OFF-SITE EVENT: Urban Foragin' with Cait DiCicco Maddock, TN & E-RYT

• Drying plants can heighten their flavor and intensify their health benefits, and it's a crucial technique for anyone looking to build their winter stores.

Cait will lead the group on a light hike in Settler’s Cabin Park (route to be determined) where we will identify and forage medicinal herbs to bring back to Woolly Bear. Afterward, we will discuss the medicinal benefits of the herbs we foraged in further discussion and learn how to try and store them for the winter.
