Oestrogen Assemble will make you laugh, as well as offering you space to reflect
Created in response to a number of provocations, this community-led piece explores body image, menstruation, menopause and aging through original songs, scenes, monologues and poetry. With a cast of over 30 women spanning three generations, many of whom writing for the stage for the first time, Oestrogen Assemble will make you laugh, as well as offering you space to reflect.
Local Girl Productions is a women-only participatory theatre company, telling extraordinary stories about ordinary humans.
We support Havering Women’s Aid and invite you to bring a donation of toiletries with you to the show.
