Creating sacred spaces for you to Pause!

Immerse yourself into pure relaxation with a beautifully crafted sound bath.

This 60-minute sound bath offers a restorative space to reset, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of sound.

We'll begin by settling into a comfortable position, lying down with props and blankets, allowing your body to fully relax and your mind to soften.

As the sounds unfold, you'll be gently guided to release tension, connect with your breath and move into a meditative state. This is a space to simply receive. The frequencies and tones used during offerings are designed to support emotional release, reduce stress and bring your energy back into balance. You may experience subtle sensations in the body, emotional release, or simply a sense of peace and spaciousness.

*This class is open to all levels—no experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Come as you are and give yourself the gift of rest.

• Blanket
• Eye pillow
• You're welcome to bring anything else that may make you the most comfortable.

Please arrive a little early, as sessions will begin promptly. This ensures everyone can enjoy the full experience without disruption
