About this Event

A beautiful collabrative evening of sound, stillness and deep relaxation with Tim from Cosmic Gnosis and Katie from The Kindred Soul.

Bringing together two unique styles of sound healing, Tim will guide you through the deep grounding tones of the Himalayan bowls, while Katie weaves in the gentle vibrations of the Crystal singing bowls.

Beginning with a guided meditation, youll be invited to slow down, settle into your body and simply recieve as the sounds of the Himalayan and Crystal bowls blend together around you.

An evening to switch off from the outside world, quieten the mind and experience the magic that happens when these two beautiful sound practices come together.
