Guest Speaker: Rachel Meriwether, Horticulture Program Lead Instructor at Blue Ridge Community College
Blue Ridge Community College's Horticulture Technology Program includes courses about plant identification, pest management, plant science, and soil science. Also included are courses in sustainable plant production and management, landscaping, and the operation of horticulture businesses.
The Men's Garden Club of Asheville provides an annual scholarship to BRCC students pursuing a career in horticulture.
