October Leadership Series Networking Event

Join Women in Defense-Michigan Chapter and friends for an opportunity to network with colleagues at Tennerra Winery.

WID has launched a leadership speaker series dedicated to amplifying the voices of women in defense and national security. This includes bringing in women serving in civilian roles in the defense industry. As an accomplished leader, we would love to have you as a speaker to share your insights, perspective and practical guidance about what it means to lead, influence, and grow within the defense industry as a civilian employee.

Beyond that we will explore the internal shifts, if any, to lead with confidence, the transition from employee to leader, and the next – level mindset needed to step into the roles you are in.

Last, we will explore also the journey ahead and lessons to impart to new and aspiring leaders. In short, what does it look like to be a leader as a civilian in an environment where stakes are high.
