Start your Halloween week with a fall morning run for a good cause.
The Neighborhood Block Party 5K Run/Walk is a family-friendly community race hosted by Riverwood Church in Sterling Heights. Participants can join the in-person 5K, sign up kids ages 10 and under for Bramley’s 100M Kids Dash, or participate virtually by running or walking their own 5K course.
This year, registration is donation-based. A minimum donation of $5 reserves your spot in the 5K or Virtual 5K, and any additional gift helps support Riverwood’s free Neighborhood Block Party on Halloween night.
No swag this year. No complicated race extras. Just a fun, welcoming 5K that helps make a free community event possible.
Race morning begins at Riverwood Church and Farmstead Park. Check-in opens at 8:00 AM, the Kids Dash begins at 9:00 AM, and the 5K begins at 9:15 AM.
Run, walk, bring the family, wear a costume if you want, and help us kick off Block Party week together.
