Summer Gymnastics & Cooking Camp | Ages 3–14

Get ready for a week of flips, jumps, cooking, and fun at our Summer Gymnastics & Cooking Camp! Designed for children aged 3–14, this camp combines fitness, skill-building, creativity, and friendship in a safe and inclusive environment. Whether your child is new to gymnastics or already confident on the mat, our experienced coaches provide expert guidance and encouragement for every skill level.

What Your Child Will Experience:

• Gymnastics Skills: Tumbling, floor routines, balance beam, and bars fundamentals
• Interactive Games: Team challenges and group activities to build confidence and cooperation
• Creative Cooking & Activities: Hands-on cooking sessions with simple, fun recipes, alongside arts, crafts, and creative projects to spark imagination
• Fitness & Fun: Activities designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination
