Robert's journey into the world of extra virgin olive oil began with his quest for personal brain health, inspired by 25 years of boxing and a desire to prevent Alzheimer's and dementia. Through his research, he discovered the remarkable health benefits of pure extra virgin olive oil.

His passion grew when a coworker introduced him to the concept of olive oil stores, leading him to start selling olive oil at local farmers markets. In the summer of 2024, he expanded his vision by opening his own olive oil retail store.
