Join our beloved community as we weave conscious dance and sitting meditation together. Using Open Floor's Meditation Cycle, we gather to notice what's present and alive — then embody it in connection with Self, Other, and Spirit.
This month, we’ll explore how to find balance and centeredness even as we extend love into the world — an invitation to dance with harmony, connection, and grace.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation and dance or a seasoned practitioner, there’s a place for you here. We’ll close the evening with delicious organic snacks, shared in community.

Open Floor is a conscious dance practice that invites our Wholeness into Community. As such, it engages mind-body awareness, emotional intelligence, relational attunement, and connection to Spirit.
