October Alchemy is a meditative journey designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and transform what you are ready to release into wisdom, clarity, and intention.
Together we will move through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, intentional movement, reflection, and sound healing, creating space to quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what is stirring beneath the surface.
