Cost: $290 per person

We will not send out individual reminders for trips. Please set a reminder to pay by Sept 3rd. Any seats not paid in full will be released and resold on Sept 4th. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another trip.
The price covers round trip charter transportation with a professional driver, and covers the tip for the driver. You are responsible for purchasing a ticket to Disney.
Estimated Itinerary: Friday, Oct 18th
3:00pm - Meet to load the bus in Lexington, KY
4:30pm – Meet to load the bus in Somerset, KY
We will do seating charts to make sure that families/groups are seated next to each other. Snack bags and bottles of water will be provided! We will stop every couple of hours to stretch your legs, smoke breaks, etc. Relax and watch movies and sleep on the bus.
Saturday, Oct 19th
Before arriving in Orlando we will stop to freshen up. Showers are optional and will be available (They are usually $15-$20) We plan to be at the truck stop/rest area for around 1 1/2 hours.
9am Estimated Arrival at Disney World Ticket and Transportation Center - You are free to explore on your own for the day. You are responsible for purchasing a ticket to the amusement park.
10:30pm- Arrive back to load the bus to return home. We will make a stop to allow everyone to change back into some comfortable bus clothes for the ride home. We will also stop every couple of hours for breaks as well.
Sunday, Oct 20th
Arrive back in Kentucky!

What is the refund/cancellation policy?
A refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seats. Your refund will be minus your $50 non refundable deposit. If you selected paying as goods or service and we were charged a fee on Venmo or any other platform we will issue your refund minus your deposit and the fee that we were charged.
