Helen, GA Oktoberfest — Oct 11-13Cost: $225 per person
Book Now for $50 non refundable/non transferable deposit! Remaining balance due on August 27th!
We will not send out individual reminders for trips. Please set a reminder to pay by August 27th. Any seats not paid in full on August 27th will be released and resold. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another trip.
Estimated Itinerary: Friday, October 11th
10:00pm - Meet to load the bus for Lexington pickup
11:30pm – Meet to load the bus for Somerset pickup
We will do seating charts to make sure that families/groups are seated next to each other. Snack bags and bottles of water will be provided! We will stop every couple of hours to stretch your legs, smoke breaks, etc.
Saturday, October 12th
Before arriving in Helen, GA we will stop to freshen up. Showers are optional and will be available (They are usually $15) We plan to be at the truck stop/rest area for around 1 hour.
Arrive in Helen, GA to be dropped off for a day to explore on your own.
There is a fee to enter Oktoberfest. In 2023 it was $12 for adults, half price for children and free for active or retired military. Prices may vary in 2024. This is not included in the $225 price, you are responsible for purchasing your own ticket when we arrive.
9pm - Arrive back to load the bus to return home. We will make a stop to allow everyone to change back into some comfy clothes for the ride home. We will also stop every couple of hours for breaks as well.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seats. Your refund will be minus your $50 non refundable deposit. If you selected paying as goods or service and we were charged a fee on Venmo or any other platform we will issue your refund minus your deposit and the fee that we were charged.
