Hi OCRacers!Join us for an amazing full week training camp in sunny Spain at Mike's Gym! The theme is #TrainLikeTheElite and here are all the details you'll need:
November 11th - 17th 2024
Included in a camp:
- 6 night stay at Europe’s (if not the World's) best OCR facility Mikes Gym, in Marbella. 2-6 people rooms.
- All food included and served (breakfast, lunch & dinner) every day at Mikes Gym.
- 7 day training schedule hosted by Leon, Ida or both. Training includes running, grip, strength, mobility and Full Mikes gym assault course test/training sessions (between 1-4 sessions a day). Training is a plug-and-play concept, meaning you decide if you wanna join all or some of the sessions.
- Great company of the Danes and of multinational attendance from around Europe 🙌
Practical information:
- The total price for the above is EUR 810 (Lodging at Mike's Gym, all food & all the training with The Danes)
- Sign-ups are handled by paying a non-refundable deposit of EUR 150 directly to Mike's Gym. You will receive the payment link by sending an e-mail to Nikki at [email protected].
- You will organize and pay for your own flight and travel. It's possible to order a transfer to Mike's Gym, or simply group together and rent a car (we recommend that).
- Camps start Monday around noon and end Sundays 11 am. It's OK to arrive earlier in the day on arrival day and stay a little longer on departure day, to suit your travel itinerary.
Remember, you do NOT have to be an elite OCR athlete to join the camp. If you wanna skip sessions and chill by the pool instead, that's 100% up to you how you want to spend your active vacation.
