You are welcomed to join 'Breathe into Being' a breathwork retreat, where you will be fully immersed in the ancient teachings and the practice of breathwork. Daily Yoga asana, yoga philosophy, Somatic movement practices, Chakra work, Inner child work, meditation, sound healing, ritual and much more will lovingly support and unlock the full potential of the breath and provide an integral and safe container to release stress, tension, past trauma and fears.
We strip away the layers to make space for the new.

The retreat will be held in the thoughtfully designed Tierra Cosmica Retreat, situated just 20 minutes from Marbella Centre and 40 minutes from Malaga airport in Spain.
Easy to access yet perfectly tucked away in a lush valley surrounded by unending natural beauty, mountains , streams and fruit orchards, Tierra Cosmica is the perfect space for rest, presence & rejuvenation.
Tierra Cosmica provides very comfortable yet simple, bohemiam style accommodation. There are single and double occupancy rooms available each fitted with memory foam mattresses, air conditioning and elegant decorative features. Bathrooms are shared.

A 500 euro non refundable deposit is to be made to secure your place. The remaining amount can be paid before or at the start of the retreat. Payment plans can also be arranged after the initial deposit (please get in touch)
