Ocean Inspired Sound Bath

Find solace and renewal in our ocean-inspired sound bath.This sonic journey is designed to evoke the calming and restorative power of the sea. As you bathe in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, ocean drums, and chimes, allow yourself to release what no longer serves you and embrace a sense of flow and tranquility. Connect with the vastness within yourself and emerge feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to the natural world.

Please bring a yoga mat to lie on. You are also encouraged to bring anything else that will aid in your comfort- blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc. This is an indoor event. Free parking in the lot out front.

Just a note that individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths.

Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours before an event. Refunds can be issued if given 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event or no-shows for events are non-fundable.
