Join us for our monthly healing circle and learn and/or continue to practice the OCEAN DROP© Method for Holistic Healing and Self Leadership. OCEAN is a meditative practice and DROP is inner work based on IFS (Internal Family Systems) which is a non-pathologizing evidence-based approach to mental health developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz. Learn how to get in touch with your inner landscape through meditative practices such as guided meditation, drumming and writing/drawing.
Once in touch with your inner landscape you can begin to find and befriend inner aspects or parts of your personality which can lead to inner peace and balance. Begin a lifelong relationship between your parts and your core/higher Self. You will begin to build a sense of support that is not contingent on others and can help to alleviate the loneliness that we can sometimes feel even when we are around others.
Once you develop this in yourself you can bring it into your relationships. With practice you will start speaking FOR your parts instead of speaking FROM your parts which leads to calm yet courageous conversations.
