Observing or Evaluating - Mini-Taster Workshop
About this Event
"The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence."
— Jiddu Krishnamurti
How often do we form opinions before we fully understand what's happening?
As human beings, we're naturally wired to interpret and make meaning. But what if we learned to observe first?
This thought-provoking workshop explores the difference between observation and evaluation, helping us become more aware of our assumptions and the stories we tell ourselves.
Using guided writing, reflection and discussion, you'll gain new insights into how greater awareness can improve communication, relationships and everyday decision-making.
No writing experience is needed.
Date: 30 September 2026
Time: 10am to 1:30pm
