A nurturing foot ritual paired with vocal toning frequencies to relax the body and open the energetic pathways through which grounding and replenishment flow.

A guided sound journey to restore and align the energy centres in the body

A gentle, hands-on (or just-above-body) energy treatment to soothe your system, release residual tension, and support coherence and flow in your biofield.

Pressure-point activation to stimulate circulation, calm the nervous system, and support organ and meridian function — deeply relaxing and grounding.

Aligning your current self with your desires.

A guided technique to strengthen, open, and align the central channel — the primary energetic pathway that supports vitality, clarity, and manifesting power. Learn it once → use it all year to stay coherent, steady, and resourced.

Individual tuning fork treatment using a Schumann's Resonance Tuning Fork - a frequency attuned to the Heart Beat of the Earth.

Using creative tools and art to create a vision board for the year of 2026 (with guided prompts)

Individual 3 card spread for each participant, bringing foresight and supported clarity
