Join us at NYC Teenspace Tuesday in Brooklyn! During this fun-filled exercise session at The Picnic House in Prospect Park a personal trainer from Flexit will lead us through a workout and provide tips on staying fit from anywhere.
Open to NYC teens and parents.
Please ARRIVE 15 minutes early to get you through registration.
NYC Teenspace, a program funded by the NYC Health Department and powered by Talkspace, offers free virtual therapy for NYC teens 13 - 17.

We are excited to be launching TALKSPACE's TeenSpace Tuesdays, an inclusive and welcoming fitness-focused series for teens in all five boroughs of NYC! Join TALKSPACE and FLEXIT for a 45-minute outdoor fitness class that will start with a high- energy workout led by trainers from FLEXIT, the leader in virtual personal wellness delivering personal training, nutrition, yoga and much more. The class will include modifications and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
As we wind down, we will end with a mindfulness session and explore techniques rooted in meditation and breathwork to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and find a sense of inner peace.
