The class is only 59 bucks which is a bargain since other pizza classes and cooking classes in San Diego are 100 bucks or more.
You will learn how to make your own NY style pizza at home. Everything will be covered: making the dough, fermentation, opening and stretching the dough, cooking the pizza, you will learn all the ingredients, equipment and techniques to make great NY style pizza at home
