The Grove Church wellness ministry is sponsoring a Nutrition for Life event on Saturday, March 22nd, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the FLC gym. Board-certified nutritionist Dr. Karen Brace will be the featured speaker. Two Grove members will also give testimonials on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle based on proper nutrition. Various vendors will also have food items to sell and will provide great ideas to help people make better dietary choices.
