On Monday 14th October Kathryn from The Big Toe will be offering 10 minute foot reflexology sessions exclusively for Baby Umbrella in Tunbridge Wells. Sessions are completely free but donations are encouraged during the week on the Big Give website where all donations will be doubled for free (details to follow).
Kathryn says: "With a new baby it's sometimes hard to leave the house, let alone put your own health, wellbeing and recovery first. Reflexology offers you some time to rest and restore. New mum reflexology works on both a physical and emotional level. It can help you relax, heal, reset and recharge for the day ahead."
