About this Event
If you are an expecting mother and looking for a healthy and gentle way to exercise, prepare for birth physically and emotionally, join our PRENATAL YOGA classes in Tunbridge Wells or Southborough!
Nourishing the mind, body and soul, our prenatal yoga classes support, inform and empower women through pregnancy, towards a conscious and positive birth experience.
These classes will help you to build strength, reduce lower back, hip pain and stress.
You will also learn breathing techniques which can be very valuable during pregnancy and labour.
- Suitable from the 12th week of your pregnancy up until full term.
- The most important part is that no previous experience of yoga is necessary!
WHEN: Mondays @6pm - 7pm

Wednesdays @ 7:30pm-8:30pm
