Raising teen daughters can be so rewarding but also SO tough!

It can feel lonely and isolating wihtout other's to share the challenges with. It truly takes a village. Come join a community of moms who understand the unique challenges and joys of raising teenage daughters and learn from Dr. Kim and other experts about different topics related to raising daughters.

What to Expect:

• Engaging Discussions: Each month, we’ll dive into topics that matter most and share experiences with each other.
• Expert Insights: Gain valuable insights and practical advice on navigating the tween, teen, and young adult transitions from Dr. Kim and other experts.
• Community Building: Connect with other moms, share experiences, and build a supportive network to help you on this journey.
• Educational Highlights: Learn about various topics relevant to the stages of your daughter's growth, including emotional wellness, navigating friendships, and preparing for independence.

Come join us for an informative and supportive discussion about how to deal with all the things that come with changing hormones and bodies for both our daughters and ourselves.

About the presenter:

Dr. Sara Poldmae, is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist and certified in functional medicine practitioner. Dr. Sara completed her Doctorate at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, California. With over 20 years treating women with hormonal struggles, Dr. Sara is an expert in all things women’s health. She has a strong interest in treating women with PCOS, women trying to conceive and women going through perimenopause. She is passionate about empowering women to create healthy, balanced and fulfilling lives. She opened Meadow Hill Wellness in Annapolis, Maryland in 2005, and opened a second location in Edgewater, Maryland in 2021.
