Tending to the Heart of the Healer!
“For the Caregivers, you hold the space for everyone else, let the horses hold space for you.
About this Event

“Releasing what weighs upon the heart creates space for healing and allows what is waiting to emerge.”

Dear Caregivers and Medical Professionals,

Your days are spent holding the line between life and loss, comfort and pain. You give your energy, your empathy, and your spirit to others. But who pours back into you? We invite you to step away from the heavy burdens of caregiving into a healing energy space with equines, natural sanctuary.

"Tending to the heart of the healer" is a deeply restorative, mindfully focused retreat designed exclusively for medical professionals and caregivers. Equines possess a unique, ancient wisdom. As intuitive herd animals, they act as a window to our unspoken needs, the exhaustion, grounding our nervous systems, and offering unconditional acceptance without demanding a single thing in return.

Through gentle, ground-based horse interactions, mindful meditation, and the healing frequencies of a sacred sound bowl bath, you will remember what it feels like to simply breathe.

Retreat Offerings:

• Peaceful Connection: Intuitive, non-riding equine-assisted reflection to release emotional weight.

• Mindful Walking Side-By-Side with the Horses: Grounding hands-0n exercises to reconnect with the self and your own resilient center.

• Sacred Sound Bowl Bath: A restorative vibrational journey to clear stress and renew your energetic mind, body and soul.

• The Caregiver’s Personal Pause: Dedicated time for silence, journaling, and soul-level rest.

Come exactly as you are—weary, heavy-hearted, or searching for peace. Leave re-rooted, spiritually aligned, and deeply nurtured.

Space is limited to to 12 to preserve the sacred intimacy of the gathering. There comes a time when we are called to lay down the burdens we have carried for far too long—

Join us for a transformative retreat where the intuitive presence of equines will guide you on a journey of release, renewal, and self-discovery. Horses live authentically in the present moment and offer us a powerful reflection of our inner world. As our mirrors, guides, and healers, they help us recognize what is ready to be acknowledged, released, and transformed.

Through hands-on guided, heart-centered experiences on the ground (no riding), you’ll be supported in cultivating awareness, emotional coherence, and a deeper trust in your own inner guidance.

No prior horse experience is necessary — only a willingness to be present and open to receive.

“The peace of being out there with Saffron and the energy of the herd in the surrounding area struck me most as I reflected. How the large draft horse- the big guy- just sort of toddled right up and put his nose on my chest. WOW.

I’m surprised at how much I opened up! I usually just bear the hard bits but I think your skillfulness and the gentle herds presence did the trick! I think bearing witness to your own journey and then having that witnessed back - is truly transformative. So grateful! “ :) Lesa 4/26

The groups are small and intimate, and Kim is as warm and welcoming as a person can be. She also really knows how energetically powerful equines are, and shows you how to tap into that power. The entire gathering felt completely safe and supportive, in an environment of kindness and empathy." - Laurie M.
