I am so happy to announce another date for a beautiful Cacao Evening which will take place in the magical grounds of St Mary Magdalenes Church, Lanercost.
This will be held on Friday 29th November and will be an opportunity for you to deepen your connection with yourself & the beautiful gift that is Cacao.
You will be guided through sound. meditation and energy healing.
Cacao is known as the heart opener and also a beautiful superfood + a natural anti-depressant.
At Healing Hikes, we offer a safe space for you to come and just be. To become present and to quiten the mind from the external.
Combining different healing modalities & Cacao allows us to support you in releasing & letting go of what no longer serves you. You will be taken on a meditation and sound journey plus offered hands on healing throughout.
The ceremony is a perfect opportunity for you to come and express your true self.
We will end the event with grounding ourselves through beautiful homemade food, cakes & refreshments.
