Hilary is a well-respected wellness coach and holistic practitioner, spiritual & Reiki healer, psychic medium and mindfulness teacher, specialising in cultivating mental and emotional resilience.
Caroline is an accredited psychotherapist, EMDR and CBT practitioner as well as a CBT hypnotherapist. She is also an experienced psychic medium and spritual/Reiki healer. Caroline brings a wealth of experience as a sought-after therapist, guiding you to discover confidence, inner peace and spiritual growth in a nurturing and supportive environment.
