Nurture & Nourish: A Mother’s Day Sound Bath

This session is thoughtfully created to support deep relaxation through the use of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. As the sounds wash over you, they help regulate the nervous system, ease stress, and guide you into a calm, meditative state.

Whether you’re attending with a loved one or gifting yourself this experience, this is your time to rest, receive, and reconnect.

Please bring the following:

Yoga Mat

Blanket

Pillow

Eye Mask

Anything to make you comfortable

Large parking lot

Event is in the activity room, located left side of the building near the parking lot, down a set of stairs.
