Hosted by Joe Shelton
About this Event

The National Road Music Series is brought to you by Moonshine and Music and Dominos Pizza. Our goal is to bring ORIGINAL music artists to Hancock County and encourage a local culture of Music, Creativity and Entertainment. Hosted by Singer-Songwriter Joe Shelton

On June 14 the show will feature:

Coot Crabtree

https://www.facebook.com/cootcrabtree

Coot Crabtree is one of Indiana’s most authentic Americana voices, blending outlaw country, folk, blues, and roots music into a style that’s equal parts rowdy barroom storytelling and heartfelt soul-searching. A longtime fixture of the Indiana music scene, Coot has built a reputation for larger-than-life performances, sharp songwriting, and an unwavering commitment to the traditions of American roots music. His influences range from Townes Van Zandt and John Prine to Steve Earle, Waylon Jennings, and Blaze Foley, creating a sound that feels timeless yet unmistakably his own.

Kat Nightingale

Kat Nightingale is an Indianapolis-area singer-songwriter whose music blends indie, folk, and alternative influences with deeply personal storytelling and soulful vocals. Drawing listeners in with heartfelt lyrics and an intimate stage presence, Kat crafts songs that explore life, love, loss, and resilience with honesty and authenticity.

Scott Eckart

https://www.facebook.com/scotteeckartmusic

Scott Eckart is an Indiana-based indie-folk singer-songwriter whose music explores life’s biggest questions through thoughtful lyrics, memorable melodies, and heartfelt storytelling. Originally from Florida and shaped by travels around the world, Scott blends modern indie influences with folk traditions to create songs about faith, loss, hope, mystery, and the human experience. Fans of Death Cab for Cutie, Nada Surf, and Real Estate will find plenty to love in his reflective, engaging performances that stay with listeners long after the last note fades.

The HJ Ricks Centre for the Arts is a fantastic venue for this event and we will have Moonshine and Music cameras on hand to record the action for later release on the YouTube and podcast channels. Come be a big part of the show and excitement of LIVE ORIGINAL MUSIC!
