Join us for a free concert at the library! The Phelps Connection is a collaboration of Indy musicians, managed by legendary drummer and entrepreneur Kenny Phelps and lead vocalist Valerie Phelps. Kenny and Valerie will be joined by Indianapolis jazz all-stars Rob Dixon on saxophone and Steven Jones on keys.
