Can you believe fall is almost here?! Wow!!! And we continue Party with a Purpose with great energy and fun times!! Spend less than $15 and go home with 3-5 healthy meals when you sign up to bring a variety of colors. Eating healthy is NOT expensive.
Please sign up for two items, so we know you are coming. We hold these every second Sunday unless it's a holiday or special day.
Bring 3-5 mason jars (Quart size, wide mouth) and TWO/2 ORGANIC salad toppings already WASHED AND CUT UP in a bowl (about 4 cups), roughly enough to feed 10-20+ people depending on the list. Please bring food in a dish/tupperware ready to serve, already cut up, washed.
Calling all men, all women, and children are welcome! Health is the real currency!! We always have a good time with like minds and like hearts! This is an awesome way to meal prep for the week and enjoy a healthy community!! And eating healthy is not expensive this way.
FYI - ORGANIC lettuces, corn, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, bell peppers, etc and all can items should be organic. Please rinse all items, especially can goods. Bring cooked rice and quinoa. PLEASE BUY ORGANIC/NON-GMO foods! We are trusting that you will make the healthier alternative for all of us. You aren't spending much doing it this way and this is how we make it affordable with the best quality foods.
Please look at the list on Saturday to see how many folk are coming to gauge how much is needed (look at the pic). If you don't see something you like, bring it. Fun community event to learn how easy it is to meal prep for the week and make healthier choices. Come out, have fun networking with like minded folk, taste smoothies, see the Tower Gardens and learn the tools for a better quality of life! Eating healthy is economical, affordable, an easy way to meal prep and lots of fun!!
