FALL FARMVENTURE CAMP is coming to Our Sensory Farm and you are invited!
This inclusive, outdoor program is hosted by Shannon Wells, Special Education Teacher and Farmer, at Our Sensory Farm in southern Chesapeake. Campers ages 3-12* are encouraged to join us and explore our unique 3 acre mini working farm and adventure forest. With a variety of farm animals, hands-on activities, interactive experiences, swing sets, playgrounds, nature trails, sensory stations, art projects, and more, there is something for everyone to enjoy! With two dates to choose from, we hope you can join us!
FALL FARMVENTURE CAMP 2024 PROGRAM DETAILS:
Sunday, November 3rd, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Saturday, November 16th, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Open to Campers Ages 3-12* with All Abilities
Independent and Assisted Campers Welcome
Opportunities for older campers to attend as Camp Helpers (ages 13-17)
$75 per Camper (sibling discount available)
*Please Note: Campers ages 3-5 will be registered as Assisted Campers and require a chaperone.
We have so many engaging activities planned! This fall, our Farmventure Campers will get to:
-Meet our farm animals including the chicks and ducklings!
-Brush and snuggle the goats then give them hay!
-Paint with Mr. Piggy and make him a snack!
-Have adventures with new friends in the forest!
-Dance at our bubble party with fun music and ribbons!
-Enjoy special surprises and the great outdoors!
Our goal is to create a supportive and accepting space in which our guests feel safe being their true selves while connecting with nature, neighbors, and themselves. The most important feature of Fall Farmventure Camp is that with two options available for attending, we are able to accommodate all abilities!
Independent Campers are invited to attend Farmventure Camp without a chaperone. Assisted Campers are those who may need additional assistance while at Farmventure Camp in order to access the outdoor environment, materials, and activities. We invite parents and caregivers to join us as chaperones and accompany their Assisted Campers at no additional cost.
There is a limited number of spots available for each day and we anticipate this program will fill up quickly. To register your child(ren) for Fall Farmventure Camp, please complete the form below. Once we receive your registration, we will email your invoice and confirmation email with additional information including directions, what to bring/wear and our waiver form.
