Under the energy of the full moon, join us for a 90-minute practice designed to help you ground, release, and reconnect.

This class blends moon salutations, yin yoga, guided meditation, and reflective journaling — a slow, nurturing evening to help you find calm and clarity as the lunar cycle peaks.

Together, we’ll:

🌙 Learn moon salutations to include in your own moon rituals

✨ Sink into restorative yin poses for grounding + rest
