TUESDAY, NOV. 11 @ 9AM | VETERAN'S DAY FITNESS BOOT CAMP
COST: $15
Our Veteran's Day fitness boot camp is a workout event inspired by military training, designed to be intense and honor military service. Overviews typically describe a challenging circuit-style workout that builds strength and endurance through exercises like push-ups, squats, and running, with variations like pyramid training or "as many reps as possible" (AMRAP) challenges. The goal is to provide a demanding workout that pays tribute to the physical and mental strength of veterans!
- Current Military Servicemen, Retires, and Veterans: Only $5 (Must show your military CAC Card)
- Represent your Military Branch!
