This feel good session blends traditional Pilates movements with a few grounding yoga poses to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and center your mind. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class is designed for all levels, gentle yet effective, energizing yet mindful. Mats are provided, so just bring yourself, your good vibes, and your grip socks (mandatory for safety and stability). Don’t have any? No worries, they’re available for purchase at the studio or online, and we’ve got extras on hand.

In true "Pretty in Pink" spirit, wearing pink is highly encouraged to help set the tone for this vibrant, self-care celebration. White and black are also great alternatives if pink’s not your thing.
