November 2025 Creative Media Class

This two-day, hybrid class covers the foundations of creative media storytelling and communication. Students use their own smartphones (or tablets) as a camera and editing tool (iOS or Android) as they go through the step-by-step process of creating a short video. Existing ʻŌlelo Community Media members will gain the certification to check out or reserve ʻŌlelo’s mobile device equipment.

50% discounts available for participants who fall in any of these categories:

• Kupuna (Age 60+)

• Students (with current student ID)

• Kōkua (e.g., SNAP, TANF, WIC, or Medicaid card)

Participants who select a discounted ticket are required to bring documentation to prove discount eligibility on the first day of class.

No stacking of discounts allowed (only one discount option applies).

Note: All refunds will be processed minus the payment fees charged to us during your original transaction.

Photo/Video Release:

By participating in ʻŌlelo Community Media’s classes and workshops, participants give permission for free use of their name, voice, creative work, and picture in any advertising or promotion of ʻŌlelo Community Media’s services.
