Join us for a nourishing workshop & soundbath... On Friday 4th October we are joined by guest wellness facilitator Lauren Flack to weave the healing therapy of somatic movement & breathwork into our workshop. Lauren works with posture, She knows the effects of stress on the body & how to combat it with movement awareness. We combine Lauren's expertise with my yin yoga and sound healing to make this workshop a beautiful nourishing experience. During the soundbath, we will journey to a beach and into the ocean, sharing an underwater experience with other sentient beings. The soundbath is also bookable separately.
